Hi again friends! Happy Wednesday.  We're halfway through the week, and it's feeling GOOD.  Today I wanted to share with you some of the eco-friendly products that I've tried lately and my thoughts on each of them!

Tata Harper Nourishing Oil cleanser:  The reason for this purchase was to find a more eco-friendly alternative to my beloved Milky Jelly Cleanser. Sephora describes it as, "The silky blend of biocompatible oils and esters leave the moisture barrier intact for a soft, refreshed, non-greasy feeling. Sacha inchi oil, a powerful antioxidant, adds rich botanical sources of omega 3, 6, and 9, while rose geranium essential oil lends a sweet floral aroma."  WOW - I don't know what a lot of those words mean, but it sounds awesome, right? Unfortunately, this product wasn't for me...it didn't rinse clean and started to break me out after a couple days of use.  It's a shame because if it rinsed off all of the way, I think that it would be awesome!

W3LL People Narcissist Foundation Stick: The brand describes this product as, "This feel good, creamy foundation instantly melts into skin giving it a fresh, healthy glow. The modern stick design is ideal for portability and mess-proof application on the go. Our new breakthrough formula delivers a weightless, satin, soft-focus finish while balancing skin tone and diminishing imperfections. Contains premium, natural and organic ingredients, so thereโ€™s no film, no grease, no crease just diva-friendly perfection." In my opinion, this foundation stick is good, considering that it's eco-friendly. It evens out my skin tone, and is best applied with a beauty blender.  I wouldn't expect long wear out of this one, but it's a great weekend product.

Dr. Haushka natural deodorant: Dr.Hauschka Rose Deodorant absorbs odor without irritating skin or clogging pores. Jojoba oil nourishes and hydrates while pure essential oils of rose and jasmine provide a soft, floral scent. Out of the three products I've tried over the past couple of months, THIS is my favorite! It's SO good for a natural deodorant.  I think that scent is the most important component of an eco-friendly deodorant, and this delivers.  If you've ever tried any other of Dr. Hauska's rose-scented products, this is the exact same scent in the best way possible.  Granted I've been testing during the winter, so we'll see come summer, but this is what I'm leaning towards more and more lately in the morning before work!

That wraps up the products I've tried lately - have you tried any recently that you're loving?
